Jodi Briggs
Owner/ Instructor
Jodi Briggs is a very gentle yoga teacher. She has lived in Grafton, MA for 8 years with her awesome husband and fantastic 2 boys. After teaching out of Henry Agri Karate Studio for 6 months, she was blessed to find a little studio of her own right smack in the middle of her favorite little town Grafton. Jodi studied under Johnnie Gilesspe and Diana Horeshiet from Empowered Yoga out of Wilmington, DE.
Christine sought out yoga in 2004, hoping it would help ease the pain of a break-up of a long-term relationship. It did just that and more: it fueled a love for movement, breath, and meditation that she fell in and out of until 2011. In June of that year she committed to a daily practice, even if it meant just ten minutes on her mat, sitting and breathing.
Since then she has been teaching, starting first with close friends and finally branching out to classes in 2013. Teaching comes naturally to Christine, who coached high level gymnastics full time for fourteen years before deciding to make the switch to teaching yoga.
One thing she will never stop doing is learning - from books, teachers, and most of all her students. She seeks to study for her 500 hour CYT in 2015 and possibly a 200 hr CYT in Kundalini yoga.
Christine enjoys teaching classes that work students to their edge, provoking reactions and instilling mindfulness. She believes intense effort should be balanced with deep relaxation, and that one should never take ANYthing too seriously, most of all yoga!

Helping you feel safe, confident, and strength from within is foremost on Jennie’s mind when devising her classes. An athlete all her life, Jennie has had her fair share of injury – and yoga (as well as essential oils http://www.mydoterra.com/jenniebackstrom/#/) tops her list as the healing source for the body and where she turns first for prevention. Introduced to yoga and meditation at a young age by her father, Jennie has been a yoga practitioner for over 15 years, having trained in the Ashtanga, Anusara, Svaroopa, Hatha and Vinyasa styles and brings a vast knowledge and experience to her teaching.
With her athletic, unique and safe sequencing, Jennie will help you find your own true voice and expression of this timeless practice by guiding you to find your own articulation of spirit. A singer for as long as she has been practicing meditation and yoga, Jennie will serenade you with mantras and chants at the beginning and end of your practice to allow you to experience deeper mindfulness. www.jenniebackstrom.com.

Dawn Bays Geoffroy
I came to Yoga after years of teaching in a traditional gym setting. As a Personal Trainer, form is very important to me, as is protecting knees, shoulders, and our spine. I know you have a finite amount of time to dedicate to yourself. To that end, I work really hard to help you get everything you can from your Yoga Practice - each and every time you come to your mat. It doesn't matter if you're new to Yoga, or have practiced for years, I would love to get to know you!
Lynn Alimo, RYT-200, KYTA
Lynn has been practicing and studying several disciplines of hatha yoga for more than fifteen years to include Kripalu, Iyengar and vinyasa yoga. She spent several years as a corporate trainer where she taught classes and workshops on management training and corporate policy. After the birth of her daughter, Lynn decided to pause her career and raise her family. During that time she began taking yoga classes and soon discovered the many physical and spiritual benefits of yoga and has been hooked ever since. In 2006, Lynn's continued interest in yoga led her to Stockbridge, Massachusetts where she became a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor and member of the Kripalu Teachers Association (KYTA). Lynn has participated in numerous yoga workshops and conferences over the years and is currently working toward her 500 hour certification at Kripalu. Some of her greatest influences include teachers Steven Hartman, Garrett Sarley, Stephen Cope, Sean Corn, Amy Weintraub, Rolf Gates and Shawn Shaw. Lynn teaches all levels of Kripalu Yoga (gentle, moderate, and vigorous), vinyasa flow yoga and workshops on stress management, meditation and pranayama. Lynn’s classes honor the rich history and tradition of Kripalu Yoga while maintaining a modern yet simple approach to practicing yoga where all body types, ages and fitness levels can adapt and benefit.

Oceana LeBlanc E-RYT
Tantric Yoga Teacher
Oceana brings her deep love of yoga and passion for spiritual growth to all of the workshops and classes she teaches. Registered with Yoga Alliance with over a thousand hours of teaching experience, she has loved learning, practicing, and teaching for over twenty years. Her journey began as a decade-long mentorship to become a yogic nun, living a completely yogic lifestyle. During this time, she led group classes and gatherings with meditation and asanas, along with spiritual teachings as the focus. Life took a turn, she married and started a family instead, and then was inspired to attend Frog Pond Yoga Center to become certified as a yoga teacher. Her interest in yin yoga, chair yoga, Kripalu yoga and Iyengar yoga developed there, and she has taught off and on in central Ma. ever since. An avid learner, she also pursued and completed a recent certification in Osho lineage tantric yoga, and now also offers workshops specifically oriented to these teachings.
