A straightforward class featuring fundamental Yoga postures and primary flowing sequences.  This class is ideal for those with injuries, or friends who are just returning to, or beginning, their Yoga practice.  All postures are built "from the ground up" helping you to move gently, protecting your joints while you learn the flow sequences and postures.  A moderately paced class, focusing on matching breath with movement, alignment, flow sequence and posture terminology.  The class ends with gentle stretches to increase flexibility and release stress.

A slower-paced vinyasa class that includes a series of poses linked by flowing movements as well as static poses designed to build balance and stability. In this class you will learn to synchronize movement with breath building heat in the body while exploring the balance between effort and release. This class is accessible to all levels and abilities. Great for beginners interested in learning the vinyasa style of yoga.

This class blends the best naturally core-strengthening yoga postures into an invigorating, cardiovascular conditioning practice. A great class for runners, cyclists and triathletes.  While never sacrificing the integrity of a more traditional yoga practice, we’ll incorporate challenging poses designed to increase your concentration and endurance while developing a strong abdominal core and healthy back. A strong foundation of basic poses (names, safe alignment, positioning) is essential prior to taking this class.  While this class is intended for the skilled intermediate Yoga practitioner, all levels are welcome.

Similar to a Slow Flow, however, more challenging options may be offered in some sequences. In an All Levels Flow class you begin by building heat in the body through a series of active poses linked by breath before exploring integration and alignment through various standing, balancing, and twisting poses. This class offers modifications to remain accessible to all levels.
